The Busser plays a key role in creating a seamless and refined dining experience at our high-end restaurant. This position supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and polished dining room while anticipating guest and server needs with grace and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain immaculate table settings between each course and guest seating.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and discreetly, ensuring a smooth service flow.
- Assist servers by refilling water, bread, and other table accompaniments.
- Polish glassware, silverware, and plateware to the restaurant’s standards.
- Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Support servers and food runners during peak periods.
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and communicate effectively with the service team.
- Uphold all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Execute duties with professionalism and attention to detail befitting a fine dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
