Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a polished and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and small plates.
- Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders with attention to presentation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of craft cocktails, premium liquors, and wine service.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide efficient, attentive service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and venue policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cocktail waitress or server in fine dining or upscale cocktail lounges preferred.
- Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
- Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.
Work Environment:
- Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday availability required.
- High-end lounge setting with a focus on elevated service and refined guest experiences.
