Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Cocktail Waitress to join our team at an upscale lounge. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet service while maintaining the refined standards of a high-end lounge.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a polished and professional manner.
Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and small plates.
Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders with attention to presentation.
Maintain strong knowledge of craft cocktails, premium liquors, and wine service.
Anticipate guest needs and provide efficient, attentive service.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and venue policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cocktail waitress or server in fine dining or upscale cocktail lounges preferred.
Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.

Work Environment:

Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday availability required.
High-end lounge setting with a focus on elevated service and refined guest experiences.
